​On May 11, 2020 the Sejong Institute held the fourth Sejong Policy Forum on the topic of “COVID-19 and Competition between the U.S. and China” at the Somerset Palace located in Gwanghwamun, Seoul.

The forum started with the opening speech of President Paik Haksoon of the Sejong Institute. Dr. Woo Jung-Yeop, Vice President of Research Planning Division, moderated sessions and following experts attended as panelists for an in-depth discussion: Prof. Kim Sangbae (Seoul National University), Prof. Park In Hwee (Ewha Womans University), Prof. Song Tae Eun (Korea National Diplomatic Academy), Dr. Ahn Deok Geun (Seoul National University), Prof. Lee Hee Ok(Sungkyunkwan University), Dr. Kwon Bo Ram (Korea Institute for Defense Analyses), Prof. Park Min Hyung (Korea National Defense University), Prof. Paik Wooyeal (Yonsei University), Prof. Lee Nam Ju (Sungkonghoe University), Dr. Lee Sang Hyun (The Sejong Institute).
