On Wednesday, May 2, the Sejong Institute held the fourth Sejong Policy Forum on the topic of “Assessing the Inter-Korean Summit and Outlook on DPRK-U.S. Summit.” Professor Kim Keun-sik of Kyungnam University, Professor Hwang Ji-hwan of University of Seoul, Director Lee Ho Ryoung of Korea Institute of Defense Analyses, and Professor Lee Geun presented on ‘the assessment of the inter-Korean summit and ‘outlook on DPRK-U.S. summit.’ 

The participants include Honorary Research Fellow Park Jong-chul (Korea Institute for National Unification), Wang Seon-taek (YTN), Professor Yoo Hyunseok (Kyung Hee University), Professor Han Sukhee (Yonsei University), etc. The forum discussed North Korea’s intention for denuclearization and its method based on the assessment of the outcome the inter-Korean summit.
