On November 12, 2019, the Sejong Institute held the twenty-first colloquium of 2019. Dr. Choi Eun-joo, a Research Fellow of the Sejong Institute, presented her paper on the topic of “Changes in the North Korean Economy Observed at Field Investigation of 2019 to China-North Korea Borders of 2019.” And Dr. Cheong Seong-chang, Director of the Department of Unification Strategy Studies, moderated the session.
