The Sejong Institute invited Mr. Mike Cowin, research analyst for Korea in FCO, and held an expert’s seminar on recent changes and developments in North Korea and effects of the economic sanctions on March 15, 2018. Mr. Cowin, former deputy head of Mission at the British Embassy in Pyongyang, is now working as a research analysis for Korea in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office(FCO) since 2015.
