On Tuesday, January 16, the Sejong Institute held Korea-Japan Intellectual Exchange 2018 jointly with the Japan Foundation at the institute. On the topic of "Today and Tomorrow of Japanese Studies: Points of Discussion and Research Direction," the exchange assembled President Jin Chang Soo (the Sejong Institute), Professor McElwain Kenneth Mori (University of Tokyo), Director-General Yamasaki Hiroki (Japan Foundation Seoul), and Visiting Research Fellow Choi Eunmi (the Sejong Institute) among others to discuss ROK-Japan relations laying the foundation for collaborative research between the two countries.
