On September 19, 2024, the Sejong Institute hosted a media exchange program meeting focused on “The U.S. Presidential Election and the Balance in Korea-U.S. Relations,” with six American journalists.
The American participants included Katherine Dorsett Bennet, producer and news writer at CNN International, Christina Maza, correspondent for National Journal, Adam Reiss, journalist and producer at NBC News, Lia Kamana, executive producer and anchor at KITV4 Island News, Andrew Schneider, journalist at NPR, and Frances Kai-Hwa Wang, correspondent for PBS NewsHour.
Participants from the Sejong Institute included Hyun-Wook Kim, President, Jung-Sup Kim, Principal Fellow, Myon-Woo Lee, Principal Fellow, Jae-Hung Chung, Senior Fellow, Sung-Won Lee, Research Fellow, Peter Ward, Research Fellow, In-Taek Han, Visiting Research Fellow, and Seong-Hoon Jeon, Visiting Research Fellow.
