On September 16, the Sejong Institute held the 8th Sejong Policy Forum on the subject of “The ROK-US Summit Dialogue: Objectives and Countermeasures,” at Somerset Palace, Seoul. The forum constituted of two sessions and each session was followed by Q&A. 
Session I was moderated by Dr. Sang Hyun Lee, senior fellow of the Sejong institute, and presenters, Prof. Jeong-min Lee of the Yonsei University and Prof. Joonhyun Kim of the Handong University, gave a presentation on the current ROK-US relations. 
Session II was moderated by Dr. Chang Soo Jin, President of the Sejong Institute, and presenters director Jae Hyun Shin of MOFA and Prof. Wooseon Choi from KNDA, presented their opinions on aspects we need to consider in preparing for the summit dialogue.
