“The Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation Forum 2019” (NAPC Forum 2019), co-hosted by the Sejong Institute and Jeju Peace Institute and sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, was held from November 5 to 6, 2019 at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. This Forum was held under the theme of “Peace and Prosperity in Northeast Asia: Connecting the Korean Peninsula to Northeast Asia.” Experts and officials from the relevant countries and international organizations gathered to discuss agenda including strategies for establishing order for peace and cooperation and connecting the Korean Peninsula to the region and confidence-building measures via multilateral cooperation (East Asian Railway Community, trans-boundary air pollution in Northeast Asia, Korea-Japan-China trilateral cooperation).​
