On May 20, 2020 the Sejong Institute held the fifth Sejong Policy Forum on the topic of “North Korea’s Korea Policy and Foreign Relations After the COVID-19 Crisis: Prospects and Responses” at the Conference House Dalgaebi.
President Paik Haksoon of the Sejong Institute delivered an opening speech and moderated sessions. Kim Kap-Sik (Head of Unification Policy Research, Korea Institute for National Unification), Kim Byung-Yeon (Director of Northeast Asia Center, Seoul National University Asia Center), Prof. Min Jeonghun (Korea National Diplomatic Academy), Ahn Jungsik (NK correspondent of SBS), Prof. Lee Dong Ryul (Dongduk Women’s University), Prof. Jeon Young-sun (Kunkuk Unversity) made presentations. Dr. Yang Un-Chul (Director of Unification Strategy Research Center, The Sejong Institute), Dr. Woo Jung-Yeop (Vice President of Research Planning Division, The Sejong Institute) , Lee Ki-Dong (Vice President of the Institute for National Security Strategy) , Lee Dae-Geun (Editorial Advisor of the Kyunghyang Shinmun) attended as panelists for an in-depth discussion.
