On July 5, 2012, the Sejong Institute and the Republic of Korea Air Force co-hosted the '15th International Conference for Air & Space Power' under the title, "The Changing Security Environment in Northeast Asia and Development Challenges for the ROK Air Force".

The conference was conducted in two sessions on the topic of 'Air & Space Power in Northeast Asia and Prospects of ROKAF' and 'Development Prospects of ROKAF Air & Space Power by Category'.
