On July 9, 2019, the Sejong Institute held the meeting on the topic of “Going Beyond the ROK-Philippines Relationship, Developing the ROK-ASEAN Relationship” at the Sejong Institute’s conference room. Professor Victor Andres “Dindo” C. Manhit of the Starbase ADR Institute for Strategic and International Studies gave a presentation. President Paik Haksoon, Director Choi Yoon Jung of the Center for ASEAN and Indian Studies, Director Lee Seong-hyon Lee of the Center for Chinese Studies, and Research Fellow Chung Jae-hung from the Sejong Institute had the follow-up discussion along with the experts from other institutions, Dr. Eunhui Eom (Research Fellow at Seoul National University) and Dr. Wondeuk Cho (Research Professor at Korea National Diplomatic Academy).
