President Sang Hyun Lee and Senior Emeritus Fellow Eunsook Chung attended "Countering WMD Threats in the Indo-Pacific: Capstone Dialogue" hosted by the Atlantic Council and DTRA(Defense Threat Reduction Agency) in Singapore from the 16th to the 19th of April. The meeting proceeded as the culmination of a series of webinars held separately by the five working groups over the past year. The Arms Control, China, North Korea, Russia, and Strategic Simultaneity Working Group discussed in-depth how to deter and reduce the risk of WMD use and proliferation by North Korea, China, and Russia, the core of the WMD threat in the Indo-Pacific region.

75 experts from 15 countries were invited and numerous Korean experts were also invited from KIDA(Korea Institute for Defense Analyses), KNDU(Korea National Defense University), and Sejong Institute.​
