On July 7, 2014, Dr. Efraim Inbar, Director of the Begin Sadat Center for Strategic Studies, Israel, visited the Sejong Institute and gave a special lecture on the subject of preventing nuclearization of Rogue States. The lecture began with President Song’s opening remarks and moderated by the Sejong Institute research fellow, Dr. Chul Ho Chong. Participants from various governmental and non-governmental entities attended the lecture and discussed security issues in the Korean Peninsula and North Korean nuclear program in the following Q&A session.
