On Wednesday, March 28, the Sejong Institute held the second video conference with the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR) on the topic of "the State of Affairs Surrounding the Korean Peninsula after the Announcement of Inter-Korean and DPRK-U.S. Summit. With heads of both institutes present, the video conference enabled the two institutes to understand the views and perceptions of the key issues on the Korean Peninsula after the announcement of the two summits and to discuss the directions to pursue denuclearization and the peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.
