On March 28, the Sejong Institute held the third Sejong Policy Forum for this year on the topic of "Third Inter-Korean Summit: Preparatory Strategy and Tasks." Beginning with President Jin Chang Soo's opening remarks, the forum followed by presentations Professor Kim Yong-hyun of Dongguk University, Professor Shin Beom-chul of Korea National Diplomatic Academy, Professor Kim Joonhyung of Handong Global University, and Dr. Cha Du-Hyeogn of Asan Institute of Policy Studies on the background, surrounding climate, strategies, tasks for the upcoming inter-Korean summit.

The forum's participants include Professor Koh Yoo-hwan of Dongguk University, Professor Kim Keun-Sik of Kyungnam University, Professor Kim Young-ho of Korea National Defense University, other relevant experts in the field, journalists, and government officials. The participants had an in-depth discussion on the significance of the third inter-Korean summit, South Korea's role, and the responses from Washington, Beijing, and Tokyo, among others.
