On August 22, 2019, Haksoon Paik, President of the Sejong Institute, gave a special lecture for the ASEAN Young Leaders Program. The lecture, titled “Inter-Korean Relations and Grand Transition of the Korean Peninsula,” discussed the history of inter-Korean relationship and the state of affairs in the peninsula over recent a few years.​
