On September 1, 2023, the Sejong Institute held the entrance ceremony and orientation of 16th "Sejong Youth Academy for Young Leaders."

After the entrance ceremony, introduction and guidelines for the Academy were guided to students. With individual's introduction, students elected executives for the Academy.

Total 17 students were selected for fostering lectures about diplomacy, security, and unification. Hence debates in every other Friday from September 1 to December 8 will take place after the related lecture and topics.​ ​
