On February 12, the Sejong Institute held the fourth colloquium of the year on the topic of “China’s Global Strategy: Is the Chinese Dream Achievable?”. Research Fellow Chung Jae Hung presented his thoughts on the topic. The colloquium was moderated by Vice President Lee Myon-woo. Research Fellow Lee Seong-hyon and Visiting Research Fellow Cho Kyung Hwan commented on Dr. Chung’s presentation  

On February 26, the Sejong Institute held the fifth colloquium of the year on the topic of “Financial Sanctions of the United States.” Senior Research Fellow Yang Un-Chul presented his thoughts on the topic. The colloquium was moderated by Cheong Seong-Chang, Vice President of Research Planning.   

On March 5, the Sejong Institute held the sixth colloquium of the year on the topic of “The U.S. View on the Second DPRK-U.S. Summit.” Research Fellow Woo Jung-Yeop presented his thoughts on the topic. The colloquium was moderated by Lee Daewoo, Head of the Department of Security Strategy Studies. 

On March 6, the Sejong Institute held the second Sejong Policy Forum for the year 2019 on the topic of “Assessment of the Second DPRK-US Summit and Future Tasks.” Professor Jin Hee-gwan (Inje University), Research Fellow Min Tae Eun (Korea Institute for National Unification, KINU), Professor Kim Jae Cheol (The Catholic University of Korea), Senior Research Fellow Park Jong Chul (KINU) presented their thoughts on the topic...
