  Events

On February 18, 2020, the Sejong Institute held the opening ceremony of the 26th National Strategy Education Program at the Institute. The program runs from February 18 to December 10, 2020 with a total of 100 government officials, including managerial-level officials at government departments and director-level staffs at public organizations, participating in the program.

ROK-China Expert Roundtable

On February 6, 2020, the Sejong Institute held a roundtable discussion with ROK-China experts. Wangsheng (王生), a professor of international relations at Jilin University gave a presentation on “China's Policy on the Korean Peninsula in the New Era.”   

Meeting with the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute(SIPRI)

On February 25, 2020, the Sejong Institute held a policy meeting with Dr. Lora Saalman and Dr. Joel Petersson Ivre from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) to discuss the “Impact of AI on Nuclear Risk and Strategic Stability in East Asia”.
