On August 4, Bee Yun Jo, Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "South Korea’s Theory of Victory and Simultaneous Contingencies: Policy Implications of the 2nd Indo-Pacific Extended Deterrence Track 1.5 Dialogue."

The debate was moderated by Joonkoo Yoo, Director of Center for Security Strategy at Sejong Institute, and featured discussions by Kil Joo Ban, Professor at Korea National Diplomatic Academy, and Jungsup Kim, Principal Research Fellow at Sejong Institute.
